The purpose of the Georgia Aircraft Modelers Association is to foster and advance interest and fellowship of its members in the hobby of building and flying radio controlled miniature aircraft, to encourage the study and discussion of problems and techniques involved with flying radio controlled miniature aircraft, to encourage interest in this hobby in non-members, and to provide a meeting place and a flying site or sites for members of the association.
